Washing machines are really good. I’ve got rented properties but I put them in the mistake. I made a one off eBay via AO but it didn’t say that it was a refurbished one took it all the way upstairs to a flat to plug in to find out, it didn’t work, then brought a brand-new one of Ao which is fine. If I’d known the first one was a refurbished one I would’ve never of got it so much hassle

Very quiet, a lot of options for different wash settings only down fall is there is no hand wash setting.

Machine works like a dream - I've done at least 10 washes since it's been delivered. Did lots of research before buying. This has a 10kg capacity (looking forward to washing our king-size duvets in the summertime). Has an A rating for energy efficiency & sound - very quiet, the only noise you hear are the clothes folding in on themselves as they're being washed. Have had a play about with the settings, to get the perfect / most economical / timely wash. For my standard full-load wash, I select: 15 min express then select - spin at 1400 then select - temperature at 30 degrees then select - 1 x extra rinse total wash time = 30 mins Very happy all round - highly recommended. My sister and a work colleague are both looking to replace their machines soon & are keen to buy the same one (after hearing my recommendation).

Rather disappointed with the product. I chose this machine because I thought it would be energy saving. It is A rated and has a larger drum ( 10 kg load) and I thought it would wash a load in around an hour. The machine I have been using was C rated , would take an 8 kg and a full load of cottons, synthetics and mixed fabrics would be completed in just under an hour using the speed perfect option. Sadly with the Haier when you use the speed up option you can’t rely on a faster wash and you can’t tell until the program has been operating for approx ten minutes exactly how long it will take. A full load if synthetics will often take approx 2 hrs 15 mins. Apparently this is down to the ‘fuzzy logic ‘ technology. My washing is never heavily soiled and it takes twice as long to wash a load as it did with my previous machine so not really economical. On the plus side it is a very quiet machine

Washing machine lasted less than x6 days before leaking all over the floor, engineer from Haier cannot attend for anther week, be warned very poor quality and service. Doesnt deserve one star but you have to select something.

Easy to use - no instructions needed as the controls are so well thought out and labelled. Loads of programs and great custom options. Super quiet. Actually had to check it was spinning at first. Really happy with ao service too. Needed a washing machine urgently and was lucky to find this available for next day delivery; it got here right on time. Fantastic delivery team too.
