Good washing machine and easy to use

Very quite and smooth running machine. would give it five stars but as I have not been using it for very long have no idea what the reliability of the machine will be like.

So far washing machine is functioning as you would expect, it is easy to use, has a large capacity and noticeably quieter than previous washing machines we've had :)

The programs are a bit over complicated, and not fully flexible. You cannot select all temperatures or all spin speeds with all wash programs - so you can't have 1400 spin speed on program 3 for instance. Some user-programmable settings would be useful - say P1, P2 etc for your favourite cycles. So far the timer has not been very accurate - in almost all cases, whatever the remaining time suggests when selecting the program, it is exceeded by about 20 minutes. And even when you work out how to select 'speed up', which is several simultaneous button presses, the elapsed time stays the same. But, overall, it looks good, washes well and it is very quiet, even when spinning.

ao were great. Contact was good regarding delivery with lots of updates. This washing machine is brilliant in every way!! Easy to use and install. Drum big enough for a duvet and cleans well, even with a full load. Would definitely recommend this product and ao.com

Really happy with this washing machine. Amazing price for the quality and functions. One of the best things is that it's practically silent even on full speed spin. The laundry is so clean and fresh after the wash. Besides all that the machine also looks really good. Can't recommend it highly enough.
