Excellent machine, very quiet.

Excellent Washing Machine

I love this washing machine. It is so easy to use. There are pre-programmed cycles or chose your own to suit the wash you need. It measures the weight of the load and adjusts the wash time to suit the optimum wash. My clothes are cleaner, less creased thanks to the steam function and I do less loads due to the size of the drum. Best of all- we have a dining kitchen and could hardly hear ourselves speak over the noise from our old machine , I cannot believe how quiet this one is. I bought it for 3 reasons, firstly the depth so that it did not stick out past the work surface, secondly for the 10kg load and finally for the quiet spin. It does all 3 things and more. There is a 2year warrantee, plus a 5 year free motor warrantee if you register the purchase. What’s not to like?

Had not heard of this make but as I am moving to an open plan bungalow I thought I would get one as it said it was quiet, well I have not been disappointed as it’s very quiet and though I have only had it a week it has washed everything I have put in very well and is very easy to use, I could definitely recommend it.

All good except it reduced in price £50 the day after I ordered it bit machine great delivery and installation first class always happy with my service at ao ??

The washing machine itself is very good, going from a 5KG to a 10KG drum makes me very happy. However, I paid for installation and the two men who installed it didn't take the transit rods out. Something I did not note until the washing machine travelled across my kitchen nearly crushing my visually impaired toddler. AO did refund me the installation fee, and apologised profusely. Now the transit rods are out, the machine operates perfectly. It is very quiet. I keep checking to see if it is actually on!

Great machine , very quiet . Cleans very well. Had to use a plumber to install but started the machine and started banging. He was very confident he had removed all transportation bolts and didnt read manual but this machine is unique, it has metal bars going inside as described by a reviewer . The manual describes the bars in last pages of the manual. Apart from that and due to Brexit that the extended 5 year warranty for europe no longer applies but only the standard 2yr warranty . Now need to get used to the steam functions and other advanced options. Appears to be easy to use too.

So far so good, does what it says. I like the auto weighing function so it reduces time, water and spin speed accordingly.
