Great washing machine looks really nice in our new kitchen

Great, everything I need in a washing machine!

I really like the Haier Pro Series 7 Plus washing machine. I have limited space, so I had to find one which would fit comfortably, and this does, even with the much larger drum size. It isn't as deep as some I looked at, so it doesn't overhang the worktop. It looks good too. The programmes are varied, and the spin speed can be changed for most. It's quiet when spinning, which is a huge plus as my previous washer was loud! There is also an app, although it doesn't seem to like my phone (Honor Magic4). It works great with my husband's iPhone, though and unlocks quite a few more washing programmes. I've used it daily for over a week and have no issues, it does what it should, quietly.

Really quiet App really easy to use

First machine turned up, worked fine for a few days and then the control panel began flashing. Was a bit of a hassle to drain from the bottom when the drum wouldn't drain the machine due to the type of failure. Had to wait for a repairman and then wait for another machine to be delivered but was well handled, if not inconvenient due to a small baby in the house. Packed full with lots of options and extras since I last bought a washing machine (2015). Everything must really be done on the app, as per most appliances, as the options that you can select are limited on the front and don't really seem to be the most useful options. Has great features that steam and keep clothes fresh if they are left in the washing machine and the app is simple and easy to use. Other than that, has been brilliant, seems much quieter than older machines but still not as silent as some reviews say...

Brilliant service from AO and the machine is probably the best I’ve had. Usually go for a different make and thought I would have a change. Love the variety of programs in particular the Smart program, think it will save me money on running costs too as measures the load and adjusts the running time. Everything clean and crisp. Spin is so quiet, no longer have to shut the door on spin mode. Highly recommended

purchased to replace a very old Bosch machine. It's extremely quiet and has a good range of programmes. I like the delay function so that I can load it at night and the washing be ready to hang out in the morning.
