Excellent product. Absolutely perfect for a big family. Also very quiet.

Larger drum capacity without the actual washing machine getting much bigger than a standard capacity washing machine. It’s so quiet, can control it remotely and alerts when washing done! It has many different settings but also can customise you own wash. We love this washing machine!

2 weeks in and I love it. Delivery from AO was great, and the machine was easy to install myself. The different wash/cycles are in the guide book, so easy to decipher. The 11Kg capacity is great, I get a lot done in a single wash without overloading, and so far everything has come out clean and fresh, as it should. The spin cycle is fast enough to remove a good amount of water and drying is easy. I've set up the wi-fi connection and app easily, and although I haven't remotely controlled it yet, I like the phone notification saying a wash has finished!

The eco programme is very long, perhaps only useful if washing overnight. It does have an 11 kg cycle that is an hour long which is useful. The app works well with extra programmes available. Drum is good size and easy to load. The tray for detergent is small and tricky to load powder.

It has way more programmes on the app and works amazing best washing machine I’ve had.

Only had it a week but love it up to now. It’s so very quiet and the 11kg drum makes all the difference. Smart looking machine too. There are several relatively quick washes which I like over and above the 15/30/45min wash plus the 59min quick wash. My last machine was a Hoover with similar wash times and I was very satisfied with it.
