Nice and easy to use and the Bluetooth capabilities are great.

Great service from AO - delivered and took the old knackered one away. This one is so quiet and the WiFi app connection is so good (once sorted to 2.5GHz - shame it doesn't do 5!!). Options are so much easier with the app rather than the controls on the washing machine. Washes and dries really well, has a large door and weight capacity - excellent.

Love this washing machine. The Good The drum is 11kg, but our previous one was already 10kg, so not much difference you would think, however, this one feels simply cavernous in comparison, not only can it hold the extra weight, but it holds so much more in volume too. There are programmes galore and whilst I thought the WiFi connectivity was merely a gimmick at first, when used it gives you access to literally scores more programmes that can be fit on a dial. Speaking of the WiFi, I love that it alerts me when the cycle has finished. There are loads of additional options too, different dirt levels, the steam feature is great, pre-wash, start delay, the lot, it's all there with this machine. The Bad The heavy soil options do make the cycle lengths quite long. The detergent drawer is a little small and the door and drawer cannot easily be left open when not in use (to avoid mould) as they are so close together Overall verdict. Would definitely recommend at this price, it's an absolutely great Machine.

Good product smart appearance easy to use

Brilliant machine, this was a replacement for another product and we are so glad we swapped it. This machine is very quiet and efficient. I have used it for a few weeks now and honestly love it! Would strongly recommend for a family of 4.

This is a great machine. Make sure you measure as it is rather large. The huge amount of settings available on the app is fantastic. I will of course only use 2 or 3 but if I ever need to wash a wetsuit I know I can. It lets you know if rain is due which is pretty much a given living in Scotland, it’s actually more accurate than the weather app I use. Don’t have anything breakable stored next to it as the spin is pretty intense.

Excellent product, spin is very quiet indeed. Easy to use with a wide range of washing programmes. The 59 minute wash programme is a fantastic option which I am using a lot.
