Love it a big drum so I’m very happy

I have been using this washing machine for a week now and it fits my requirements perfectly. I got the WIFI connected machine thinking I may not use that much but it is well worth it - the information on the app is extensive from prompts regarding energy efficient times to wash to weather updates. Lots of different wash and spin programmes are available and are easily customised to your requirements. It also stores recent washes so you can quickly go to the wash you have picked previously. And you can do this remotely if you so require! The washing machine is quiet running too. Would highly recommend this product.

Really good product. Put through 5 loads on its first day and super happy with it. Clothes come out a lot cleaner than the old machine. Easy to use but I would prefer the cycle name on the selector than symbols to make it easier to use. I keep having to refer back to the manual to find out what each cycle is. Other than that it’s a great machine with good capacity for a family of four.

The machine itself isn’t any bigger than my previous machine but the 11kg drum is huge! It’s pretty quiet when it is on apart from when it is spinning which is normal for a washer. The app took a bit of fiddling to set up with our wifi but now it is done i can use it happily. I like that you can save your most used wash programmes to your favourites list. It has lots of useful features like a delay timer, quick wash, spin & drain to get rid of excess water too so drying takes less time. All in all it is perfect for a family who does more washing & bigger wash loads. Thanks AO for the speedy next day service, recycling our old washer & for keeping us informed every step of the way ?? This washing machine, is great with the added Wi Fi features and the larger drum,spin speed. Good value for money.

Easy to install, iv not worked out the WiFi and Bluetooth but that's basically down to not having time, it's easy to use, quite when on spin.
