Great machine, useful WIFI connection that notifies your phone or watch when the wash is done 14 kg efficient beast.

For the price, I'm not massively thrilled. It leaves water in the comfort drawer and there's no reason that I can find. The clothes are still quite wet on every cycle I've tried.

This is the second washing machine I have bought from Hoover and AO. The service was great and the machine washes well. The settings are very easy to use and the eco setting is very handy for over night washes

Absolutely wish I had bought this machine before, fantastic wash cycle selection, love the smart options and the fact it only adds as much water as needed per cycle as it weighs your washing load In the drum. Lovely and quiet and cleans clothing fantastic. Really happy with my purchase. Ao.com delivery drivers where also a credit to the company; they where early incredibly polite and even left my little ones a lovely branded green bear which they where thrilled with! Thanks for a great experience.

Over all very impressive, washes twice as much as my old washer, lots less noise and very energy efficient. Not to fussed on the 10 year parts warranty that company just seemed to wants to sell me a warranty.

It is big for all the house clothes

Whilst it’s early days we really like the huge capacity, it’s easy to programme and the app option makes it even easier, spin is very effective The only minor negative is that the touch controls are incredibly sensitive so the child lock or app feature, which locks the control panel, have been very useful
