Over all very impressive, washes twice as much as my old washer, lots less noise and very energy efficient. Not to fussed on the 10 year parts warranty that company just seemed to wants to sell me a warranty.

It is big for all the house clothes

Whilst it’s early days we really like the huge capacity, it’s easy to programme and the app option makes it even easier, spin is very effective The only minor negative is that the touch controls are incredibly sensitive so the child lock or app feature, which locks the control panel, have been very useful

It's a must have, lovely jubbly machine for those who has that extra bit of laundry to do with a 14kg capacity load, my last hoover machine stopped working after 11 years so I had to get the same one it has been a very reliable product for me very happy with the manufacturers 10 years parts guarantee

I needed a larger capacity machine to cope with duvets, dog beds and blankets and this machine did not disappoint, coping with everything thrown at so far with ease. I have used the extra cycles you can use via the app and have no problem with connectivity. The steam function has really cut down on ironing times too. The only thing to watch out for is the extra depth of the machine (something I didn't think of when checking sizing, and now have a machine that sticks out a little from under the counter - but a small price to pay for the convenience of less loads, and the larger capacity.
