Very difficult to understand. And so staff poor customer service.

Looks great and runs well, the quick wash and all in one programs are just what I was looking for. The machine is also incredibly quiet compare to previous machines.

Overall a good machine, very quiet, economic wash takes about 5 hours which is a long time but typical of a lot of machines there are lots of other cycles to choose from with times between 1 and 2 hours so not a problem

I love the product so far, easy to install and use. Lots of options and the 14 min quick wash is great for those last minute loads.

So far I am really impressed with this machine. It has a nice big drum, it looks smart, it’s a nice size overall. It has lots of settings and I like that when you turn the dial it tells you on the display what each one does and how long it will take. The ability to alter the temperature and spin speed is great, and a must for me, I love the delay function! The manual that it comes with tells you all you need to know including giving advice about what each setting is good for. I wouldn’t say it’s quiet but it’s not loud either, it sounds like a washing machine if that makes sense. I absolutely love it and am really pleased with my purchase.

The delivery and service from AO was great that’s about all that was good about this purchase. This is an awful washing machine. My previous washing machine was 10kg drum it makes this one look like an 8kg really struggle to get a double duvet in it. In addition the programmes either don’t work for the load or take forever. Just put on towels at 60 degree on eco more than 5.5 hours to finish. The only programme I tend to use is the 59 minute mixed wash otherwise you’ll never get more than one wash a day. I went for the black finish but it looks a bit cheap and plasticy. Spend a bit more and get a better machine
