This washing machine was working fine for the first couple of weeks, but then the drain stopped working so we can't use it now. We contacted the manufacturer, who told us to wait nearly 10 days before someone can come to check it. Very annoying.

I like that it has the wi-fi feature as i can time the washing to be ready for when i get home from work.

Comes with a great range of options to ensure you find the perfect wash for whatever fabric you are washing whether it be white or coloured and the weight of the things you want include in the wash and how soiled they are. Large porthole to simplify the load of clothes into the drum.

I’ve just moved into a new home and this purchase has been by far one of my best to date. Of course, it’s just a washing machine, but it’s so much more. Firstly, it looks great! My worry was that a washing machine that wasn’t integrated would ruin the look of the kitchen, but in fact I think this adds to the looks it’s sleek, simple and fits perfectly into a 600mm unit. Secondly, the drum is much larger than expected which provides a good wash on even a large load. Thirdly, the WiFi feature coupled with the app is a game changer. It enables you to load the machine, and start the cycle at a click of a button at any time in any place, which is great if you’re heading out for longer than the cycle and you don’t want the clothes to be sitting in the drum for longer than needed. I also really like the fact the apps enables you to utilise a vast amount of different cycles not available on the panel, meaning that you never need to choose between two unsuitable cycles again. Lastly, it’s so quiet. The machine itself is quite heavy which allows for minimal movement even at high rpm, I have an open kitchen living area, and I can watch tv without being disturbed by the washing machine just 7 feet away. I couldn’t recommend this product enough, if you’re still pulling your hair out and undecided which washing machine to buy (as I was) buy this one! It’s midrange price delivers everything and more you’d expect from a top range washing machine.

Took a bit of head scratching to get my mind around the instructions but once i did, i have found this washer to be great! Spin cycle is exceptional. Quiet enough. Plenty of cycles to suit various loads. Can't think why anyone would need wi-fi connection but, hay-ho, everything these days seems overly technical for the need. Other than that, Very pleased with my purchase!

Good replacement for our old Hoover machine. Several short programmes and capacity to override times and spin speeds on some programmes. A bit quieter than old machine. Larger door access is an improvement. Soap dispenser drawer is quite small and easy to spill when filling.Overall seems good value for money.
