Absolute rubbish. Broke down in less than 3 months , took a ridiculous amount of weeks to be fixed with huge amount of cancelled appointments and then broke down again a couple of weeks after that. I’ll never by a hoover washing machine again

The washing machine looks good still finding my way around the programs what i have used are good and the spin is very quiet pleased i got this one

This is a good machine. It's standard white, not pearlescent or off white as a couple of the pictures might suggest. It is quiet and has a good range of presets, as well as the ability to modify spin speed and temp on a lot of the settings. It looks very slick and has a nice big loading door. The detergent drawer is just a standard one, not an auto-dosing drawer as seen on some other H-WASH machines. The app for connected use looks good but so far I haven't been able to pair the machine with my WiFi, I'm sure I will get there in the end. It also makes a pleasing sound when you switch it on or off. Would recommend.

Not really straight forward on the programme selector..symbology is a bit odd. Instructions basic which is good. Don't like the wifi function, more to go wrong in future. But it works fine for now.

This machine is so much quieter than my previous machine and has a vast selection of programmes to pick from. It's a little complicated to start with but once you get used to it, it's perfect. The washing also comes out very clean and is practically dry after the 1600 spin. On my old machine I would always have to spin it twice to get it even dry enough

The Hoover H-Wash 500, 1600 spin speed, 8kg is amazing. You can do a normal every day wash on 1600 spin speed: 40 degrees in 44 minutes, comes out pretty dry & clean, you use the rapid button for this. It also, does a good 3o minute wash too! Electronic functions allow you to change your desired temperature/spin speed. You can hand wash your delicate garments and pop them in for a drain & spin, takes 10 minutes on 1600 spin speed. Haven't used any other functions as yet, be aware that the electronic function buttons are very sensitive, I was initially pressing too hard. 1600 spin speed gets clothes much dryer than a 1400. Over all, this machine is value for money! Great delivery men who also removed old appliance and plumbed new one in. They took old one away, no mess! Very quick, on time, fantastic service!

Machine is noisier than expected. The machine makes a terrible squeaking noise at the start and end of the cycle as if the belt is too tight or not fitted correctly. Very disappointed, would not buy again. No follow up from AO.

Its brilliant, quiet, plenty of programs that are easy to understand, it looks smart and has a large door, dries to a very good standard
