Very disappointed with this washing machine. When the spinning cycle starts the machine bounces around and is very very noisy. There are not many programmes available for the 8kg load and we cannot do all the washing we need to do in one go which is very unusual as we have had Hoover washing machines for many years and never had these problems before. We wish we had never bought it.

This has to be the quietest washing machine on the planet. Well impressed with that. The app is also packed full of programs and stuff. However as yet not able to connect to Alexa. But that said, it washes the clothes right. The drum could do with being slightly bigger (though its 8kg so 1kg bigger than the last one it seems smaller). All happy so far with it though and I would recommend this washing machine, I love it.

Excellent product. Very quiet and washes brilliantly. Spin leaves clothes quite dry. Exactly what you would expect from a Hoover product.

This a very easy to use washing machine with a good cleaning performance. It is easy to get it to connect to the hOn app. I bought this washing machine to replace my 15 year old Hoover washing machine which was having age related problems. So far I am impressed with the new machine, it is much quieter, even on spinning at maximum speed than my old Hoover machine was, even when it was new. The app is really easy to use, it has some more programmes than what are built in to the machine, such as a trainers cycle. You can even use the app to control the machine when away from home. I cannot find anything at the moment that I can find fault with this washing machine. I thoroughly recommend this washing machine,

Great machine. Delivery was on time (actually a tad earlier than expected). Very friendly, polite delivery men who installed quickly & efficiently. I was a tad concerned as machine was 'digital' but can set washes manually (which I did). I don't use apps. My old machine had a short 20min wash but shortest on this is 59min. I did my first wash on that setting. Quieter than my old machine and one beep for end of wash. Overall fits nicely in my kitchen, was good price and suits my needs.

Perfect makes washing easy and simple! Connect to the wi fi option and even simpler! User friendly, economic and ever so quiet. Manages heavy loads well, plenty of wash options and environmentally friendly colder washes too. Great price, great for families or smaller loads. Modern, fits well into any home.

Great advantage is that the door opening is big and there is no hassle to put washing in. Happy to have this washing machine!!

The machine is good looking and has a lovely large opening. It is so quiet and although I was at first rather bewildered by all the numbers and dials I soon got used to them. It is good to change the temperatures and spin speed with each wash.
