I am not particularly impressed with the range of programmes I wanted quick wash. Why do you need to wash anything for 3 hours? Quicker programmes only spin small amount of washing. The fastest spin is only on one programme.

With limited space this was the one of few machines which had the right specification and features we were looking for and found that the larger door opening was very useful. The range of washing programmes is useful and seems more economical, and different loads could be chosen. The results so far have been pleasing.

At first I was a little dubious about how good this washing machine would actually be. Let's face it, it's not exactly expensive and it's a smart device as well. I was pleasantly surprised. The washing machine is spot on. It works really well, was very easy to plumb in and set up and connecting it to the WiFi was a walk in the park. The guys that delivered it were really professional and took really good care when taking the old washing machine away and leaving the new one. I expected to spend 30 minutes picking up bits of stray polystyrene and plastic, but they left zero rubbish. The washing machine is pretty straight forward to use on it's own and gives you a lot of control. But where it really shines, is when using it with the app. There are over a hundred pre-configured wash cycles for you to choose from. Just search what you want to wash (or do - we wanted to do a service clean before using it and there is even a cycle for that) and tap go. Easy as that. It will tell you how long you have left and what it is doing at any time (it even does this if you selected a cycle on the actual washing machine). I would recommend this product and AO as the supplier.

Excellent washing machine. Very quiet. High spie speed. Easy controls. Great selection of programmes. Only criticism is that the manual could be more informative on programmes. Highly recommended overall though.

"It's a washing machine" is the general thought process i have when having to buy these things. But wow, its a whole new ball game now. I am literally blown away with how easy this is to use.. forget turning of knobs and pressing buttons... the APP is the future. So many programmes that suit the wash types you need to do. Genuinely pleased with the ease of use but also that the app tells me when it is finished so I can go and sort the next load or hang them out. Great buy! It’s easy to use you can adjust the temperature and spin within a programme. The clothes practically come out dry. Very happy with my purchase

Early days, but excellent so far. It has a wide range of wash options and it is much quieter then our previous machine. We haven't tried the WiFi connection yet. Two criticisms, the snap action of the water control valve causes 'water hammer', which is banging in the water pipes and the push buttons on the control panel are disappointingly poor.
