Easy to install and set up, dials and buttons on the display are a bit hard to understand. A lot easier once you set up the app on your phone and control your programs from the phone.

Highly recommend this washer, the drum size is perfect for a family home and it has many programming options for fast washes and eco wash very quiet when spinning at the high 1600 and at the lower, reasonably price and easy to use with or without the wifi option come on time the delivery fellas was very polite and as I had paid for the to disconnect my old washer take it away and recycle was perfect they took the old one and brought the new one in and connected it put all together will be ordering from a o again as there service is time saving and perfect

I am really chuffed with this washing machine which is a relief as I have made some serious washing machine errors in the past ! Firstly, it has a 1600 spin so synthetic clothes are nearly dry when they come out . It has a 90 degree wash if you occasionally want to use it for cotton towels / bedding. Most importantly, for me, is that you can do a 60 degree wash in 1 hour 3 minutes and a 40 degree wash in 59 minutes. I do not want the washing machine churning away for hours just to do a 60 degree wash. It is such a waste of time, water and electricity. I wouldn't say the machine was particularly quiet but it's not a problem. Apparently you can control it from your phone ! Not a clue !!!

This washing machine was working fine for the first couple of weeks, but then the drain stopped working so we can't use it now. We contacted the manufacturer, who told us to wait nearly 10 days before someone can come to check it. Very annoying.

A nice looking machine with large door for easy loading. I have only used the 1 hour easy wash program so far but there are lots of options. I haven’t managed to get the WiFi part working yet but it is easy enough to use without. Also it is very quiet on the wash cycle, but can be a bit noisy when spinning especially on the faster speed. Overall I am very happy with the machine, and with the service provided by AO.com.

I am really pleased with my washing machine. I bought this machine because of the smaller depth and it's a lovely machine with a big door for easy loading. The programmes are brilliant, with lots to choose from, for all types of washing loads. My washing seems much cleaner and fresher than my old machine. Can't fault it.

Only had the machine a week but so far so good. Very quiet compared to my last machine even when using the 1600 spin. Still to use all the programmes but the ones I have already used have given excellent results. Easy to install but one minus point is the drainage pipe could be longer, I had to rejig my appliances and swap them to install the washing machine.
