    Went bang

    1/5
It 'went bang' 7 weeks after we had it. The engineer didn't know what was wrong with it. Hoovers customer service is awful, a week after all the parts were ordered, at a guess we still didn't have a date for them to fix it. Hoover said the parts were in stock. Ao customer services were great and took the machine back, allowing us to pick another make. We then received a text to say the parts weren't in stock and we would have a update in another 7 days ??. When the machine worked it was great

    Squeaky and noisy!!

    1/5
Machine is noisier than expected. The machine makes a terrible squeaking noise at the start and end of the cycle as if the belt is too tight or not fitted correctly. Very disappointed, would not buy again. No follow up from AO.

    Disappointment

    1/5
Very disappointed with this washing machine. When the spinning cycle starts the machine bounces around and is very very noisy. There are not many programmes available for the 8kg load and we cannot do all the washing we need to do in one go which is very unusual as we have had Hoover washing machines for many years and never had these problems before. We wish we had never bought it.

Looks o.k. but doesn’t work properly

    1/5
It isn’t working properly and I have to wait until 7th January 2021 for an engineer from Hoover. I regret buying it.

Broken down after less than three weeks!

    1/5
This washing machine was working fine for the first couple of weeks, but then the drain stopped working so we can't use it now. We contacted the manufacturer, who told us to wait nearly 10 days before someone can come to check it. Very annoying.

    Poor experience.

    2/5
Ordering and delivery were pretty straightforward, initially we have been happy with the machine until unfortunately it breaking down within 1 month. As usual after sales and post issues always seem to be much harder to resolve and I’m yet to receive a response to a request for an engineer. Overall poor experience with this product.

    Washing Machine Hoover

Not really straight forward on the programme selector..symbology is a bit odd. Instructions basic which is good. Don't like the wifi function, more to go wrong in future. But it works fine for now.

Nice machine, if it is balanced correctly, with a couple of niggles

    3/5
Nice machine, if it worked properly. I watched delivery chaps install and balance it - nice people... The first time I used it, the next day, there was a horrible banging and I wondered what was happening next door, until I remembered that the machine was on. It was spinning, and the vibration just got worse, until it started to glide out towards me.... yikes! I agreed to let someone come and rebalance it... oh dear... Anyway, used it the following day and on spin it started banging again. Currently waiting for a call back from AO. Great features, including the steam setting with a 20c wash, which left my washing damper, but softer and less creased. I was looking forward to being able to cold wash my bedding and then steam it for anti allergy treatment. One odd thing, which may bother some people, is that you cannot open the detergent drawer when the machine door is open. Also, if you are arthritic, be warned that the door 'handle' recess is inward facing, so you have to pull the door out. Not an issue, unless you have pain in your hands/wrists.
