This machine is absolutey the best we hava ever owned. It now washes faultlessly at 20 degrees, and spins up to 1600 RPM.Therefore the overall cost to the planet is vastly reduced over traditional machines employing 60 to 90 degrees for a white wash. I have to admit I did not believe the blurb that came with the unit, but now I am gob smacked by it's efficiency Way to go !!!

Great looking washing machine, easy to setup and use. Got the app etc but usually just use the buttons as am there putting the laundry in anyway. Did not enjoy the follow up calls from domestic and general to sell the insurance

Easy to use, not too many programmes. 1600rpm spin is useful, as is the 59min programme for everyday stuff.

Very happy so far - haven't tried all the features yet. Good spin and I like being able to control wash via "dirtiness"

Great machine. Delivery was on time (actually a tad earlier than expected). Very friendly, polite delivery men who installed quickly & efficiently. I was a tad concerned as machine was 'digital' but can set washes manually (which I did). I don't use apps. My old machine had a short 20min wash but shortest on this is 59min. I did my first wash on that setting. Quieter than my old machine and one beep for end of wash. Overall fits nicely in my kitchen, was good price and suits my needs.

Excellent Value, excellent features

My wife highly recommends the hoover washing machin we bought from AO. The clothes are practically dry when the machine finishes spinning. This is a TOP MACHINE

Nice and quiet, plenty big enough drum for family of 4, seems to wash very well on only 20 degrees. Not five stars due to over-complication of programmes, no-one needs that many and it isn't clear how to get the most economical wash & spin. Water and power figures are only quoted for the one programme that they have to publish for marketing comparison. On this machine I am sure this is because there are so very many ways you can change the settings for every single type of wash, but more consumption info is def needed and is perfectly possible using some kind of table.
