This product didn't work for me. Refused to spin , exchanged for the same product this time it did spin and chewed my hat up, then on the next wash refused to spin, I even weighed my washing so it wasn't above 8kg, so again I exchanged for another model and I haven't looked back,

Purchased in September 2022 and arrived with a faulty bearing, it was replaced eventually by Haier but now May 2023 the replacement has failed. First experience with "Haier" is not good. Will avoid this brand in future.

Avoid. My experience was really bad. It stopped being quiet almost from the get go. Eventually the spin did not work at all after less than six months. I do not run a laundrette. We are not even a medium size family. Two individuals. Getting it right under warranty was painful. I told them on the eleventh. It took more than two weeks for the guys to turn up with the spares. It turned out they could not fix it after all. Fair enough as Haier said they would replace, but wait for it, the guys said it was fine to use until I got my replacement and maybe they fixed it. DO NOT TRUST THEIR BODGE REPAIRERS EVER. I had to wash a few things after they left. WHATEVER THEY DID THEY DID UTTERLY WRONG AS THEY MADE IT WORSE TO THE POINT THE THING MADE SO MUCH KNOCKING AND VIBRATION MY NEIGHBOUR HEARD IT AND IT LOOKED LIKE THE DOOR WOULD BURST AND THE THING MOVED MORE THAN FOUR INCHES. I PHOTOGRAPHED HOW FAR IT MOVED AND SHARED WITH HAIER. I am seriously concerned it knocked the dishwasher next to it and the pipework behind. THEIR CALL CENTRE IS USELESS. THEY ARE ACTUALLY OWNED FROM CHINA SO NO WAY TO GET THE COMPLAINT TO THE EXEC.

Dreadful. Had it less than six months and the spin does not work anymore. I really do not need this kind of hassle. The display was a bit ropey from day one, e.g. if you add extra rinse it was showing odd symbols instead of the cycle length.

Poor quality, doesn't spin properly, rhe cloths come out drenched.

Not sure what I’m doing wrong but mine is SO LOUD! I have to leave the room as it hurts my ears during the spin! It shakes the floorboards upstairs it’s that loud. I bought this specifically because it was quiet but it’s the noisiest machine I’ve ever used!

The door feels cheap & also the on off switch. Does not let you know when load is finished ??

The reason I am only giving 2 stars is because the machine leaked from the door the second time I used it. It has been replaced. Theoretically (and probably if it performs as it should) it would gain 5 stars from me. I look forward to the energy saving and flexible programming
