Great washing machine. Wi-Fi a bit fiddly and would be good to have multiple accounts on the hon app.

Good looking product just watch out for fingerprints over it

I've had this little beauty a month and everything is working perfectly. I mainly use the 'smart wash' cycle and the minimum 'i time' is 58 minutes. I've used the steam function a few times and my towels are softer and shirts less creased. It's just a shame the steam function is only available with certain cycles. It's also much quieter when spinning than my last machine. I hadn't heard of this brand before but I'm glad I took the chance.

Early days but excellent to date. Incredibly quiet,great wash and spin. Very user friendly. I am really happy with my purchase.

LOVE this washing machine! It is silent, even when on final spin, which is a massive bonus when you live in a flat (I’m sure our neighbours are very thankful for that too). Being able to control the machine from your phone too is a massive bonus and it’s great to see how long is left on the wash so you don’t have to leave your comfy spot on the sofa, or if you’re out and about. I really would recommend this brand and machine.

The most annoying washing machine I have ever had. I bought it lJuly 2022. Mine also refuses to spin at times, won't turn off sometimes. I have to be very careful not to put much in it or it won't spin. It locked once or twice and YouTube clip helped me out. When I rang AO about it I was asked if I had put bedding in it. Well yes I do put duvet covers and pillow slips in it and it is supposed to be able to take more cspacity than that. Waste of money.

It arrived, it is good to look at but even the simplest of brushing up against it result in the door locking and needing to do a wash. We have also found a few times the machine switches itself off mid-cycle, resulting in us having to switch it back on again and start again. Something that we hope to get insight from the maker shortly! As stated it is nice to look at, cannot get it to connect and a few teething issues, the washes done have come out clean and smelling lovely, so if you can get one that works perfect yes it would be a good machine.
