    Measuring up tips

    This is a freestanding washing machine, so it won’t fit behind an integrated kitchen cupboard door. Just make sure you measure the space where you want the washing machine to live and add 7cm onto the depth to make sure there’s enough space for the pipes needed to connect the appliance.

    Fab Machine, shocking service

    Great machine, I picked well ?? Delay function was a must along with 1400 spin on cotton programme, good looking, very function machine.....However, they should offer installation of machine, if the delivery drivers had no clue what they were doing, broke the pipe off old washing machine...long story short, they ran away with only completing 2 out of the 4 services which were paid for ?? Husband left to unplumbed old washing machine & take it outside (by himself - scrap man came a couple of days later and removed it) & plumbed in new one. AO did refund me ???? AO shouldn’t advertise for a service, their employees can’t complete.

    I had not even heard of this brand before but I was looking for a very shallow machine and stumbled across this one. In operation it is very quiet and there are countless programmes to choose from (espescially in the app) clothes come out very fresh and seems to be very energy efficient. Overall delighted with the purchase.

    This washing machine is very quiet and it has some good options we thought it only had one quick wash of 15 minutes but you can add minutes by using I time which goes up 3 minutes every time you press it so yes still getting to know all the programs and yes definitely recommend this washing machine.

    Looking for an A rated washing machine and so pleased I found this one on the AO site. Great value, easy to purchase on Buy Now Pay Later. the washing machine was easy to install and setup the app on my phone. Very quiet when on a cycle and clothes are washed thoroughly on all different wash settings. Great buy!

    Very quiet, great quick wash

    Purchased this after having a relatively cheap brand of machine that leaked all over my kitchen floor after only two years. So far so good, extremely quiet machine even on a spin cycle. Child lock feature which is a god send with an inquisitive 1 year old. Although it’s 8kg the drum is taller as apposed to being deeper so takes some getting used to. I use the quick wash setting but adjust the temperature to 40 and the spin to 1400 and this only takes 33 minutes! Bonus when you had lots of laundry!

    Washing machine looks very smart and I love the inside light and big door! It is really easy to operate and allows the choice to have beeping or not. The 1500 spin is only available on the quick options as far as I can I tell.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
