I am so far very impressed with this machine. It is a lot quieter than our Indesit machine. We purchased a Haier heat pump tumble dryer back in 2022 and it's been faultless, so when our washing machine started to play up, I decided to ditch Indesit and go straight to Haier due to my experience with the dryer. The washing machine is very quiet. Can hardly tell it's on. Just remember to remove the 4 bolts out the back of the machine before using it (follow the instructions) otherwise you can break the drum. Handy little tune when the programme ends too (but you have to turn this feature on yourself) Doesn't come turned on when the machine is set to factory settings. It also fits in the gap much better than our previous machine did. Nice sleek design and very simple to use. The app is handy to connect to, helps you to know what each programme does

We're very happy with the washing machine. It is intuitive to use and has plenty of programmes and functions and I have yet to discover everything that it does. I especially like the Smart wash. My only gripe is that when we wash towels the drum is a little noisy, but maybe that is because our floor is uneven?

followed the manufacturer instructions for set up and first wash. This machine is miles louder than my old one. Not just on the spin, throughout the cycle aswell. It must be faulty as the drum is banging around. Other reviews say it’s the quietest machine they’ve ever had. (Which is why I bought it) extremely disappointed! As I’ve spent a fair bit of money and can only assume I’ve been given a faulty product.

I would highly recommend this product :).
