    Recommended, but, poor

Had the machine a week. It is on a solid floor and is level. The machine has not been overloaded but knocks, bangs and vibrates when spinning. Very disappointing

Ok washer but don't waste your time with AO or Haier

    2/5
Washing machine it's self is ok. Lots of different setting and options. It does curve at the top so the drawer if further back than the rest of the washer so my worktop gets in the way when trying to put powder in the drawers. It sometimes makes a long chime when the load is finished and sometimes makes no noise which is quite annoying. Also the timer that shows the remaining time is absolutely pointless. Some washes it will say 10 minutes remaining and be done in 2, others it sticks on 10 minutes for about 30.

    Only a three

I agree the washing machine is very quiet however I found the description of the programs and all the buttons that you can use with them lacking information needed to use them to the full abilities. I normally run my washing overnight asI have an Economy 7 meter but the Eco-program cannot be delayed and therefore cannot be used efficiently. Just done a cotton wash (sheet & pillowcases) with a 1400 spin and had to give it an extra spin because it came out a lot wetter than my old machine. Overall at this moment not that impressed hopefully over time and once I get use to it that opinion will change

    Quiet and effective

Replacement for a very old noisy machine. In contrast this is super quiet! Overall I’m happy with it after a few weeks use. It seems to wash well and I particularly like the countdown timer and delay function. It could do with a pre-wash function and I don’t really know what some of the settings are for.

Looks good, but not worth the price tag

    4/5
Good looking machine, lots of different programmes. You can't change the settings on the eco programme(temp, spin speed etc) we fitted it ourselves, putting on the stick on pads along the bottom of the machine was a bit of a faff. They are meant to help with reducing noise, I dont think they actually do anything. It's a nice slim machine, so fits under our worktop well. Its an 8kg, but I think it holds much less, the spin was quite clunky sounding. Spin gets clothes pretty dry though. Prob not worth the price tag, i dont use the app to put it on ( who wants another app clogging up their phone?) If space wasn't an issue I'd have preferred the Beko, much easier to use and less than half the price.

Good features. Smart looking. Quiet spin cycle.

Great looking product. Big drum size. Fits well in available space as is not as deep as previous machine. Spin cycle quiet. Efficient. Weighs load and adjust wash time appropriately. 4 stars because still getting used to it but no complaints. Think this washing machine is cleverer than me!

    The best 'shallow' washing machine

    4/5
Very quiet machine. Not exactly whisper quiet like some reviews but definitely the quietest washing machine i've ever owned. The depth was the main reason we bought it as we have a very small space to fit it. The depth is about 51-53cm when you include the door - the official depth from Haier states 55cm but its definitely not that deep. The interior light is good but turns off very quickly when the machine is finished. The biggest, and really only, drawback is the stupid controls. The wash cycles are VERY long so you'll only really use the fast wash - this is an hour as standard. BUT you have to press the delay button a million times to get it to start for some reason and the touch sensitivity is rubbish. Its not a deal-breaker but its a stupid design flaw that should have been fixed before manufacture.

Great looking shallow depth washing machine

    4/5
Overall really happy with it. It looks great and the fact that it is a shallow depth is perfect for us. The touch screen takes a bit of getting used to and some of the programmes seems to run for a very long time but other than that it is good.
