What I like - it’s got a large capacity; unlike other combination washer/dryers we’ve had, the dryer actually works and the moisture sensor is spot on; really like the illuminated drum; very efficient if you’re not doing a full load as it weighs your laundry and uses just the right amount of water. What could be improved - I would’ve like auto-dosing detergent and WiFi connectivity but that higher-end version of this machine is only being sold in mainland Europe at the moment; we have a cat and the black rubber seal is a fur magnet when using the dryer so requires a thorough manual cleaning after every cycle; lastly, the cycle-end alarm is inaudible so you’re forced to keep a close eye on the machine. Biggest gripe - the time display on this machine is utterly useless. It changes throughout the duration of a cycle. At the start it hugely overestimates the time needed by hours. Near the end of the cycle, I’ve seen it sit at 5 mins for 20-30 mins before it ticks down to 4. I presume this is because it’s relying on moisture sensors but it’s astonishingly poor design. When combined with the fact the end of cycle alert is inaudible and the lack of WiFi connectivity to notify you the cycle has ended, it means our clothes inevitably sit in the machine and end up wrinkled. At the very least an anti-wrinkle feature to keep the drum warm/turn it every few minutes until emptied would’ve been nice and quite easy to implement.

I love my new washer dryer I keep looking at it, not quite believing that I now own a 10" washing machine which is fantastic, a huge difference & upgrade from my old machine which died on me after 16yrs of use. This machine washes my pillows & king-size duvets perfectly which was the whole reason of purchasing a machine of this size. The programs and personalising it I'm getting use to, and this machine is super quiet. The light feature, is a very nice useful bonus to have on a washing machine. I can honestly say, there is nothing about this machine that I don't like, the drum size is perfect for my household needs. I hope that this machine last as long as my old machine, if not longer, because I had never heard of Haier before, when I was looking for a replacement.

Excellent washer dryer, which is incredibly quiet. The extra large drum (10kg wash) is really good for large loads.

Easy to use and very quiet when washing. Drying is noisy but only because it drains into the main waste water and that is noisy in our house. Only downside is that you cannot change the temperature of the dryer, only the duration and how dry you want the clothes to be.

Now I have figured how the programmes work I am really pleased it is always trial and error with me. It is a very quiet machine and is washing very well that is for me a good machine as I have only ever bought Zanussi washer dryers.

this product has a very nice design, nice to have a light too. it is very heavy to be considered for transport and vibration. the drying bit works much better than i was expecting. washing is good too.

I have been using this daily for nearly two weeks and finally a washer dryer that actually drys everything. Very quiet as I’m working in the same room, very pleased.

Great service, had to put off delivery for a house move but excellent customer service and delivery guys were great when it was installed. Would definitely recommend the washer dryer, so quiet and looks great too ??
