Washing machine is generally good but started leaking from the bottom of the door, engineer came out and said its fine and must be fluff stuck on the door seal even though I wipe it every time. Now stuck with a leaking machine as AO keep fobbing me off and telling me to get the engineer back out losing a day's pay everyime. Is under 6 months old.

I had the product for 11 months and the heating element stopped working on the tumble dryer in the middle of winter.

Good looking machine but instructions on use are poor, especially on use of dryer, needs urgent improvement. Hoping will be super efficient as F rated

It washes well at 40 degrees but at lower temperatures I've found that clothes aren't clean enough which is frustrating when we're trying to save energy. I spins quietly though and is easy to use.

I was looking for a product 2 in 1, energy and space saving. Yes, it does look smart and saves space, but drying and washing programs are simply too long (I've tried different modes)Our old washing machine had an option of 50mins, and washed perfectly. Drying for 3hours and clothes remain wet, it's not what I expected. The description says 8/5kg of washer/dryer capacity. Don't believe that! It's much less.

Dryer over dries if left on auto leaving clothes very creased

Replaced my very old washing machine. Looks great and seems to do a great job, however for some reason the machine doesn’t dispense my fabric softener! Also, seems to be an issue with the delicate wash as it doesn’t appear to pump the water out and then gives an error! Seems to be resolved by just stopping the wash and putting it on a spin but it means the delicate wash does not complete!! Engineer coming out next week so may be fine in the end but not too happy with the complications so far!

When you're asked to review a washing machine after a week, it's hard to really talk about what's important - will it work reliably for a reasonable amount of time. All you can really do is mention the basics, so... The machine works. The display's nice enough. The door has a dark tint that makes it impossible to see into during the wash. It has a light inside the drum, but it only comes on for the first minute or so of the wash and when you open the door at the end. This is a silly design 'feature'. Our first wool wash did not destroy a pair of hand knit jumpers.
