Excellent product. Lots of good wash options and really quiet compared to our old washing machine.

Good product

I bought this to replace my 12 year old Electrolux and am very pleased with it. The drum is nice and large, it is very quiet when running and the 1600 spin means that clothes dry a lot faster once hung up. A couple of minor annoyances are that the drawer won't open fully if the door is open because the door is too tall, the drawer is very small and feels quite flimsy and that when increasing the spin the digits go down not up so if a programme has a 1200 spin and you want to increase to 1600, you have to count down to zero. However, these are things I will get used to which is why I've not knocked off any stars. It dries really nicely, although I'm still figuring out which drying programme works best for my needs. I live in a flat with no outdoor space for drying so tend to use drying for large items like sheets and towels.

The best washer dryer I've ever had! Quiet and efficient. Dries everything without creasing it.

So far been very impressed with the washing and drying. Quiet and works very well. We bought the Haier brand as we were impressed by the large fridge freezer we purchased previously. Hasn't disappointed.

When I received the machine it came with missing parts that go beneath the machine. Called ao they told me I had to call Haier. Later found out the machine wasn't drying after trying all settings. Called ao they assisted by connecting me to Haier, who gave me a third degree interation and agreed to send engineer. Engineer was very helpful and fixed the machine, apparently had to do a bypass, meaning new pipe to recycle steams to heat. He also ordered the part that goes under the machine. Now the machines dries but you have to put it the 3 and half hour setting for things to dry, I'd say that's rather long. Kept the machine as it had good capacity, it's quiet and washers well. Machine 4 star and drying 2 star. One would expect machines to be tested before being dispatched. Haier need better quality control.

A bit loud and jumpy.

Machine seems good. Can't work out if the brackets are 'odd' for the integrated door, or if the installers did a terrible job of installing it. Either way, I can't deal with pulling it apart at the moment. Machine itself seems good, quiet, effective and much better than the previous Electrolux one.
