Be careful. This is not a washer dryer. It’s just a washing machine. Mine just turned up, called Haier who confirmed. AO are picking it back up in a few days… very annoying.

This machine is an idiot. I have no idea what its doing... Put an eco wash/dry load in earlier at around 6PM, its still washing (not drying yet) at 9:45PM and shows 3:00 on the display.... The display is supposed to show the washing weight in KG (no idea why you would need this) but occasionally displays the time remaining, yep confusing. Will I ever see these clothes again?? Place your bets....

When I received the machine it came with missing parts that go beneath the machine. Called ao they told me I had to call Haier. Later found out the machine wasn't drying after trying all settings. Called ao they assisted by connecting me to Haier, who gave me a third degree interation and agreed to send engineer. Engineer was very helpful and fixed the machine, apparently had to do a bypass, meaning new pipe to recycle steams to heat. He also ordered the part that goes under the machine. Now the machines dries but you have to put it the 3 and half hour setting for things to dry, I'd say that's rather long. Kept the machine as it had good capacity, it's quiet and washers well. Machine 4 star and drying 2 star. One would expect machines to be tested before being dispatched. Haier need better quality control.

Good product

Machine seems good. Can't work out if the brackets are 'odd' for the integrated door, or if the installers did a terrible job of installing it. Either way, I can't deal with pulling it apart at the moment. Machine itself seems good, quiet, effective and much better than the previous Electrolux one.

Very quiet

Excellent product. Lots of good wash options and really quiet compared to our old washing machine.
