The washing machine has definitely been up to our expectations. Very quiet washing machine, you can barely notice is working, plus really like the digital display telling you how many minutes are left. Very happy with the purchase and price from AO.

Purchased in August 2023. First machine had a faulty control panel and so was replaced with a new machine. The 9kg load doesn't apply to all programmes, it's very noisy on spin and you can't see your washing through the black door, however until recently the performance was good. Then one of the paddles in the drum detached itself but was repaired under the warrantee but now it's happened again and I wonder if it's a 'known fault' and will keep happening. I've never had this fault with any other make of washing machine. So I don't think I would buy a Haier again.

The drum is a good size for a integral washing machine. I am happy with all the features. I do not like the black drum door as you can not see the washing.

I've only been using the product for a week but I am impressed with the cycles available especially the quick wash for items that only need a refresh. Washing came out clean as expected and the user guide is easy to understand.

Absolutely love this A-rated washing machine. It weighs the load to ensure only the water needed for the programe enters the machine. It has variable spin speeds, a delay start and you can also vary the the length of the programe to suit the amount of time you have available. It also has a steam function to reduce the creases.
