I had to return this machine after just over a week as it had a fault. The drum was nice & large (9kgs) the spin speed od 1600 meant the clothes were nicely dried. However I did not like the black door as it had black glass in it. This is not mentioned in the description. Therefore you cannot see the inside of the drum through it. The controls were not easy to see. Poor design.

Rubbish . Bought this as what I thought was an upgrade on my below . How wrong ! Within 3 months the plastic water sprinklers fell off then 3 weeks ago the machine exploded with a bang . Spoke to haier customer services and it too a week for someone to come out , they then had to order part and 5 days later still not heard from them as to when the part is to be fitted . With two bank holidays due not holding out hope I will have a washed for what will be equivalent of a month . Shocking . Timings on the machine also inadequate

Washing machine seems ok so far, not had much chance to test it yet but this has not been a good experience with AO. 1) They signed me up to an annual subscription just because I selected the option that included recycling of the old machine and delivery charge included (worked out cheaper). 2) They contacted me the day of my delivery trying to upsell me some strange monthly payment scheme to subscribe me to 'free washing machines for life'. Weird and completely unnecessary. 3) They told me they would call me 30 minutes before arrival, but they didn't and so I had to abandon my work meeting to quickly uninstall my old machine for them. 4) I had some minor issues with the machine after it arrived but I could not get in touch with them, the numbers they called me on all went back to answering machines and the website told me to get directly in touch with the manufacture. AO seems like a very dodgy company...

very noisy machine

I would give this machine no stars if it would let me, The reviews were fantastic on this machine,A rating was another reason i drought it. It wouldn’t start, engineer came out there was a wire to the mother board not connected, put a wash on great, but oh no it started spinning sounds like iv got a rocket in the kitchen, then it decided to stop half way though a wash. It’s going back, unfortunately iv got to have another engineer out to tell me it’s not working properly. Don’t waste your money

it washes well but it is extremely noisy. Also the 9kg load is only available for a couple of settings, and over 2 hours long washes. very disappointed with such an expensive washing machine.

Vibrates and moves violently on spin cycle and is extremely noisy.

The fitting of this machine was not straightforward even with a professional plumber. The special hose comes from the right of the machine leaving no slack if pipework is on the left of machine. Very expensive if you allow the cost of fitting it. Cant comment on the machine as taken too long to fit to be able to use it yet.
