    Space clearance beware

    5/5
Very happy so far with this wine cooler. The shelf spacing caters for various bottle sizes and the temperature has stayed constant at "cave" levels. Looks smart in our kitchen. Fortunately I had sufficient space around the unit but the 10cms all round clearance requirement was not in the on-line specification details.

Looks good - apart from the blank display. Decent capacity

    4/5
This replaced my Samsung wine cooler which had been fine for over 10 years. This looks stylish, although the touch screen leaves fingermarks very easily. And you have to regularly touch the screen to view the temperature etc, as the display goes OFF after around 30 seconds. You can't glance and see the status, as the display is blank. I'm unable to find out from the manual just how to leave the display ON permanently. Anyone solved this?

    Check door opening dimensions

    1/5
Unfortunately had to return this as it wasn’t clear that it’s not suitable as a built under wine fridge. The door handle access requires the door to sit in front of units and the hinge is external to the door frame so the door doesn’t open within the width of the fridge.

Shelves too narrow for a standard bottle to pass

    3/5
Looks great but the lip of the shelves means that the two central shelves measure 7.2cm at the opening, so a standard Bordeaux bottle measuring 7.6cm diameter doesn’t actually fit in without nudging the shelf above it up as it passes the lip. Which you obviously can’t do when the shelves are stacked full of wine. I’m going to have to wood-plane 4mm off the lip and hope it helps. Not what you want to do with an expensive fridge, especially one that claims to hold 49 of precisely this size and shape bottle.

    Haier wine cooler

    4/5
First, it's worth pointing out that there were no reviews on any UK sites before I brought this so I had to do a little research and find reviews on other foreign sites. The wine cooler is great. Its a good size and we use it for wine, beer and cans. It took a while to get cool as we loaded it quite full but I used a thermometer and setting we present was correct when we checked. I was a little confused as to the effieceny as some sites say its an A while others say F. As far as I can see from all the paperwork and technical specs its an A. Its extremely quite and I prefer the styling of this model compared to the other small Heier. You can select to have the light on or off and the light comes on automatically when the door is open. A minor drawback is that the swapping of the door. It would have been good to request which way it was delivered. Upon deliver there was some damage but AO were great at getting everything sorted ASAP.

    Looks good but was faulty

    3/5
It looked stylish and had a good capacity but after one week stopped working. Tried different socket tried other appliance in socket etc but cooler was completely dead. Rang AO who rang the company they wanted to send an engineer. I insisted on a new cooler and it has been in 10 days so far and working fine.

Solid and quiet operation but anticipate a reduced 'real' capacity

    4/5
It's tough to review after just a week but so far it's been working and is quiet most of the time; occasionally clicking on for a minute or so before going back to complete silence for what can be hours at a time. The only notable downside so far is that slightly taller or wider wine bottles severely reduce the capacity as the shelves are designed to exactly fit standard size bottles laying in opposing directions. Unfortunately about half of my nicer wines are in these types of bottles so I'm limited to mid-high 30's capacity vs the 49 advertised.

    Excellent Small Wine Fridge

    5/5
An excellent small wine fridge, exceptionally quiet and overall of good build quality. In common with most wine fridges the number of bottles you can store is dependent on the type and the exact thickness of the bottle so I only have 42 bottles in there but as these are a mixture of burgundy and Bordeaux style this is to be expected. So pleased I am considering buying a second one for a different room.
