Bought as gift for son who is very happy with it. Great suction on both carpet and floor.

This product is brilliant.

Great vacuum cleaner - great suction, small compact size, waste bin big enough and easy to open. Its a bit top heavy so difficult to stand unaided, I wouldn’t recommend if you have hand problems, long cable is a little fiddly to put away but once you get moving with it those things resolve.

I have limited mobility so I wanted something fairly light. Although the vacuum is extremely efficient, it is top-heavy and I found it quite difficult to manoeuvre until I got use to it, but having said that, it's worth persevering as it is far more efficient than my old Panasonic vacuum was (now retired to the garden summerhouse/shed). I had just used that immediately before I cleaned the carpet with the Shark, and was astounded at the amount of fluff/dirt/cat hairs it collected. A very good feature for me is the machine's ability to get under furniture without me bending too low. If I were perfectly able, this wouldn't matter too much, but for me it makes a good machine perfect. It's very easy to operate and I'm glad to have bought it. We also have a Dyson cylinder machine, and although it is good, it's not as good as the Shark.

Absolutely fantasticly amazing. I've never had such a brilliant hoover that gets every little speck of dust. I have 4 very young toddler's and this hoover is one piece of an Amazing technology. Totally recommended. I would give more stars if the star rating had some more. Very easy to use and love the flexibility reaching under sofas.

What an amazing hoover. Did have a cordless hoover from another manufacturer but this far exceeds that. Even had my daughter hoovering!! Light weight and easy to manoeuvre. Wish I'd changed sooner

Fantastic product. Great suction, love the anti hair part as was forever pulling hairs out of last hoover. So versatile and easy to use. Highly recommend
