This is a brilliant vacuum cleaner! It's brought the pile up on my carpets and everything feels fresher. The 10 metre cord is helpful too as I can vacuum the whole bungalow without changing plug sockets.

Fantastic vacuum. The multi-part/attachment system is fantastic, the suction is great on both surface types, the rollers are easy to clean and work really well with hair.

I find this product amazing. Having long hair, previous vacuums rollers have always got tangled, however, my new Shark certainly lives up to it's name. It picks up every little particle too. I love it!!

Absolutely brilliant, never knew there was that much dust in my carpet.

Fine on wooden floors but far too hard to use on carpets. Really heavy going. Thought this style would have been lighter to use. Don’t like the roller ball movement and not great getting into corners. Only positive was that it folds down and easy to store. Wish I could have had a free trial as definitely would not have kept it.
