Not too big and not too small, does its job just fine! Not too noisy. Simple and efficient

Bit noisy but basic fridge freezer and good for the price

Fantastic fridge freezer. Lovely black finish, very quiet and just the right size for us. Fits into our kitchen perfectly.

Does exactly what you expect, better quality than I expected for the price

Brilliant looking fridge, does the job, sadly it still needs a manual defrost every few weeks. Had to go with this option as I had a scarcity for space and this fit perfectly well like a glove! great temp control by the way. I wish this was a bit less noisy though, can get very loud in regular intervals, you tend to get used to it at one point but mine's under the stairs as my kitchen is small so I hear it easily in the living room. Hence, only 4 stars!

Poor product, coupled with terrible service from both AO and Indesit. Had issues with both the reversible doors and build up of ice along with substantial noise from the fridge - making this a poor product. AO advertise as having easily reversible doors, which is not the case. There are no pre-set holes to attach the hinge of the doors on the left hand side. Spoke to AO, which resulted in me being told I need to 'just drill some new holes in'. You can imagine my delight getting advised by AO to drill some holes in my shiny new fridge!! Resolved by speaking to a more competent customer service advisor who agreed this was silly advice and sent someone out. Should not be branded as easily reversible if this is the case. There was also a further issue with the seal - and I've seen a lot of people complaining about the noise and build up of ice which caused this issue for us. The seal wasn't fully flush to the fridge leading to an iceberg at the back! Someone did come out to look and noted this was a common issue (resolved by heating up and regularly pushing the seal against the fridge to ensure this sticks). Subsequently resolved the issue (both noise and ice build up), but frustrating again. Overall, very poor quality with the product not as advertised and not fit for purpose if the seal isn't reviewed prior to sending out.

Good value. Only gripe is the handle recesses aren’t great and we find ourselves pulling at the rubber seal instead. Exceptionally quiet.
