Item is perfect size for my needs, and looks fabulous, and stylish. It is quiet running which is great in an open plan room. Height is perfect as I can reach top shelf. I like the flush opening of the doors, and I like the two salad drawers as I can't pull one heavy drawer. The freezer is good with flip down fronts, as I would struggle to pull open a heavy drawer with heavy items inside. I put two shelves in the fridge close together which perfectly fits my yogurts and butter, and allows tall bottles on bottom shelf, as I keep my chocolate, and canned white tea in the fridge door. Great having a temperature control dial if needed in different seasons. I would highly recommend. Specification information is very informative. Brilliant delivery drivers who also gave me advice on standing time, and that some tape and polystyrene in the fridge would need removing, as due to covid they are not allowed to go in the fridge. There's nothing I dislike about this fridge freezer, and it was well packaged.

Fridge is for me and my partner. There's more than enough room for everything we need and more. Is light and easy to move, doesn't even sound like it's on! Definitely recommended especially for the price

Smart looking piece of kit,with plenty of interior space in the fridge and freezer compartments.More Importantly,the fridge runs quietly and keeps items cold at No.3 setting.The fridge actually responds to altering the thermostat!!!! Very pleased,so far..

Does what it says on the tin and perfect for our compact space

Overall it does what it says on the tin, it keeps things cold and frozen! It’s generally pretty quiet. The disappointment was in the measurement, we particularly chose this fridge freezer because it’s supposed to be 54mm deep to fit in a small space, the chassis is 54mm but when you add the external bits on the back it’s nearer 60mm. I had to remove a kitchen unit to fit it in. This means if it needs to be fixed or replaced I will have to dismantle the kitchen unit to get it out!! Not ideal.

Perfect fridge for Small family or couple Great delivery

Poor product, coupled with terrible service from both AO and Indesit. Had issues with both the reversible doors and build up of ice along with substantial noise from the fridge - making this a poor product. AO advertise as having easily reversible doors, which is not the case. There are no pre-set holes to attach the hinge of the doors on the left hand side. Spoke to AO, which resulted in me being told I need to 'just drill some new holes in'. You can imagine my delight getting advised by AO to drill some holes in my shiny new fridge!! Resolved by speaking to a more competent customer service advisor who agreed this was silly advice and sent someone out. Should not be branded as easily reversible if this is the case. There was also a further issue with the seal - and I've seen a lot of people complaining about the noise and build up of ice which caused this issue for us. The seal wasn't fully flush to the fridge leading to an iceberg at the back! Someone did come out to look and noted this was a common issue (resolved by heating up and regularly pushing the seal against the fridge to ensure this sticks). Subsequently resolved the issue (both noise and ice build up), but frustrating again. Overall, very poor quality with the product not as advertised and not fit for purpose if the seal isn't reviewed prior to sending out.
