The fridge has been freezing food since it was delivered.

Bought fridge/freezer. Very poor seal on freezer doesn't fit right

I regretted to buy this fridge/freezer. Had an Indesit washer/dryer and hated it, then decided not to buy an Indesit product again, but I did. It is extremely noisy, just like the washer/dryer was compared to other manufacturers. I do not recommend this or any other Indesit products. Spend a little bit more, but you'll have much less of a headache!

Unfortunately the fridge is faulty and we are currently waiting on indesit to come out to fix it as they won’t just replace it, if you like your food over frozen even in the fridge compartment and don’t mind it constantly running then this is the one for you! Overall the look of this fridge freezer is great, plenty of room for your food in both compartments and it certainly keeps you food cold!

Product okay except for the dents

Product ok however, despite the info on the web and the instructions in the booklet, it is not manufactured to enable the doors to be reversed. We thought it was just a manufacturers flaw and a one off and asked for a replacement. When we got the second delivery it was exactly the same and we ended up having to order another brand and have a third delivery!

The fridge makes a very loud vibrating noise when the motor comes on, even when perfectly level. The only way I have been able to stop it is by having the fridge wonky on 3 feet with packing foam wedged below the fourth. AO couldn’t have been less help saying there is nothing they can do as it’s not technically a fault but they would put me in touch with the manufacturer, which they didn’t. This is the second fridge that was delivered as the first had a massive dent in the side. I probably wouldn’t bother with AO again to be honest.

The fridge freezer looks good but it doesn't chill well. It creates a lot of water/condensation for no reason. The shelves are flooded with water. Maybe there is something wrong with it but I have read the manual and set it up following the instructions. It is a poor quality product. the freezer drawers are made from flimsy, poor quality plastic. It doesn't appear to be a good purchase so far....
