Amazing ice cream maker. It was so simple to use and the free recipes have tasted great so far. Easy to turn on and select time mode which is adjustable with no problems. The paddles click in with no trouble and are easy to clean and store. I have purchased some tubs to put the ice cream in so I can make more as you only have the one bowl to mix with. I researched lots of machines before purchasing and I love the face you don’t have to pre freeze anything just chill the ingredients first and as stated the first batch took under an hour to make. We like hard ice cream so I popped it in the freezer for an hour and it was perfect. It comes out the machine soft scoop which could have been eaten then and there. I think we lost about half at this point for ‘tastes’. I love this machine and I’m so glad I invested in a higher priced machine as now I’m not waiting for a bowl to freeze before using. Would 100% recommend this ice cream maker to anyone thinking about getting one. The only problem now is I may have to buy some scales or an exercise bike. :)

So simple to use. You mix your ingredients, ideally leave them in the fridge for a few hours prior to putting in the ice cream maker, then pour it in the removable container (which holds just over 1 litre), switch on, set your timer (we've used around 50 mins) and hit start. The ice cream maker will whirr away for the allocated amount of time and when finished produces soft scoop ice cream. You can either serve there and then or scoop into a container, pop on the lid and put in the freezer overnight. The ice cream was delicious and far better than standard shop bought stuff and you get to choose the ingredients. The texture was excellent straight out of the machine but even finer when fully frozen. We have also tried frozen yoghurt which is made the same way but obviously with different ingredients. Again, this tasted fantastic. The ice cream maker comes with a short recipe book to get you started. The stated volume of mixture you can add is 1.5 litre but I'd advise 1 litre to avoid spillage when churning. This was an ample amount however. The machine is a bit noisy but there is no way of avoiding that. If you are able to shut the door on it and do something else for about an hour then it really isn't a problem at all. Not only is the ice cream maker easy to use, it is also very easy to clean too which means there isn't any barrier to using it and so as a result we are much more likely to use it regularly. All in all I would thoroughly recommended this ice cream maker and it makes delicious desserts.

Was a bit wary spending this amount on an ice cream maker, but having make several lots using it, I couldnt do without it, being lactose intolerant, most ice creams I can eat are soooooo expensive so I'm making my own now forever!!

Great ice cream! Easy to follow recipes for the beginner and very simple set up. Quality you would expect at this price but well worth it. Kids and parents are now very happy indeed! Highly recommend.

Really good ice cream machine doesn’t make as much as stated tho, poor so we the edge and makes a mess of 1.5ltrs is made. But very pleased I bought it

Ice cream made was creamy and delicious. Very easy to use and quite quick. So that's 5* for the ice cream. However, after a week I went to make some . The machine did not freeze. I contacted Cuisinart support who guided me through some things to do and eventually concluded that it was faulty. They arranged a new machine to be delivered and the original to be taken away. This one is working so far. The returns process did take a while due to the lockdown but I am happy to have waited. You won't buy Ice Cream like this makes in shops unless you pay a premium.

There is a little work to prepare a good mixture for ice cream, this machine takes care of the rest with superb results. The machine is quite large but well worth the space if you are enthusiastic towards making ice cream.
