I think this product is rubbish the battery good I'm not very happy I don't disappoint it that you gotta take 15% off my next order

I like how light it is and the suction capability. Charge does not hold for 60 mins run time as it says. I just vacuum 2 rooms and battery is already drained and i have to recharge.

Great product, comes with a good selection of attachments, suction is great, battery powered which I couldn’t be without ! My first product started to make an awful noise so after a chat with shark AO replaced my hoover no problem at all and so far so good !

Good design, easy to use. Battery life may appear to be short like most cordless vacuums but the recharge time is good. The various tools are useful and all kept in a neat bag. Despite other reviews we have not found any issues with flimsy catches etc and the dust collection is easy to empty.

Very pleased with the vacuum cleaner as I already had another cordless one which did not cope with carpets as well as this one does. Weight of the product was a particular issue but this one is still within my capability and not a problem. Easy to use and to change to various tools.

Good suction, reasonably light and easy to clean. The run time of 60 minutes is a bit optimistic 30 minutes is more accurate but its perfectly adequate.

Overall pretty good but difficult to pick up very fine dust and the battery warning light doesn't seem to work, good battery life though.

Brilliant machine! The freedom I have with my new Shark is amazing. It goes everywhere with the hose, ceilings, walls and everything on them. I’m a dust free cobweb home ( I left the spiders!). Emptying it is so easy. I have two cocker spaniels who shed continually, no problem with my Shark! All in all I love my new Shark and would highly recommend it.
