This cooker is a waste of money. You literally have to stand on your head to select the temperature and even then you can’t be sure. The glass top is flimsy and I had to buy plastic pads to stop it hitting the wall when it was raised. The oven is so low it’s quite difficult to get a firm grip on the baking tray to remove the cooked food , don’t buy if you have issues with your back. A great disappointment! Wish I’d never bought it I wanted to return it but they wanted half the cost of the cooker to exchange it. And to add insult to injury the cooker top was scratched but when I reported this I only got a tiny refund.

The thing with this product is the knob gas mark numbers are all underneath the knobs so it’s hard to see what gas mark you put on and in side the oven when you are cooking if something falls off the tray it goes straight onto the flame and then you got the hobs what are in the wrong order the large and medium rings are at the back and the small and medium are at the front

This cooker looked ok online but when it was delivered we were very disappointed. It looked very cheap and when we took the shelves out of the oven there was a metal plate which you had to slide in between the grill and the control knobs every time you want to use the grill. There is nothing to secure it in place, so not permanent, but it is a heat shield for when you use the grill to protect the control knobs. Never heard of anything so ridiculous in my life. You then remove it when finished with the grill?? We sent this cooker back.

nothing good about this cooker at all, no room for 4 pans ,every thing on the cooker is to small

Temperature control on oven broke after 1 year and 4 days.

I'm not happy at all cooker came with a dent on each side , part of the the grid isn't very secure, and also didnt come with part at back of cooker for fitting I had to pay to get installed if it was to come with the connection part like I was told then I wouldn't have too

The cooker looks like it’s a cheap product. It didn’t mention in the product description that it comes with a piece of metal you have to wedge in the top of the small oven when used as a grill to stop the grill melting the front controls. Poor design.

The high level grill is too small and very flimsy. Looks cheap not worth the money paid.
