Much quicker to heat up than my old Neff oven. ao website said it comes with 3 shelves. Only 2 arrived with oven. Indesit would not supply an extra one. Only downside to oven itself is the numbers do not stand out - no contrast against the black oven.

Good value. Cooks well. Looks good. Needed to move gas pipe at the back of oven to be able to push it back to the wall. Gas pipe fed hob above the oven, otherwise no complaints.

Pleased with service from ao.com from the moment I ordered the double oven. Grill takes a bit of time to heat up at first. Really pleased with purchase, would definitely buy same oven again. Little tip, keep bottom oven tray from old oven to put in this one.

The item is very easy to use but the two only draw backs I can report are that the timer is a bit stiff to set up and when it goes off it much quieter than are old oven, so if am upstairs, you can't hear it

Very happy overall with this oven. The only complaint is that the grill pan seems a little small and the oven could do with another shelf. The oven door doesnt open flat to the bottom so if you have anything low down its quite possible to burn your arm as i did. Controls are easy to work and its good to be able to warm plates in upper oven/grill.

Really good oven easy to use and looks more expensive than it was. Overall service from AO was excellent couldn't fault them, will buy again :)

Ok oven. Does what it's supposed to do . Only problem is you only get 2 shelves! 1 for top oven (grill). 1 for main oven ! Have to keep transferring shelf to bottom oven to cook more than 1 tray of food. Not ideal. Every other oven I've had has 2 in bottom oven. AO's advise .. order another!! Really!!!
