It’s early days but so far we’re very impressed with our new induction hob. It’s the first one we’ve had, and it still feels like it works by magic! It looks very sleek, and the controls are simple to use. It will tell you if you’ve done something stupid, like trying to use the wrong ring. So far, so good!

My order was processed quickly and efficiently. I received a confirmatory email within a few minutes, and with it came an estimation of the date and time of delivery. So far, impressive. The day before delivery was due, I had a reminder email with the same time mentioned; in the early morning a message estimating a four-hour window, and 25 minutes before the opening of the window.... a phone call giving us 25 minutes to prepare! At the appointed hour, I went out to the gate to see the white van arriving. Very impressive. The lad was both polite and efficient, and gave me big smile on departure. This is what we like!
