    Poor product

    1/5
This stoves fridge freezer is a poor product essentially. Fridge compartment freezes over frequently, the first time it happened, it was just past 1 year warranty point. I have Had the repair engineers called to it 4 times since 2019, of course after the manufactures warranty has expired. I also raised this issue with AO and they just hid behind the warranty duration and we’re no help which was disappointing, surely a manufacturers fault. Steer well clear of Stoves fridge freezer products, they produce cookers and they should stick to what they know best.

    Fridge for pancakes and kippers

    2/5
The fridge freezer was delivered on time by 2 helpful guys. The fridge freezer is a bit of a nightmare. The shelves are too short everywhere. I did read the main door shelf cannot take a 1.5 litre bottle without removing a shelf and I accepted that. Then I opened the door and there is about 5 inches below the main door shelf that does not get used by anything. The main shelves are either in one position or need removed, you can just fit a can in them. Your choices are; too short or too tall (and too few). I trudged on and then hit the barrier that the fridge freezer doors will not fit anything other than a chipboard slab kitchen door (I have paneled "Shaker" doors), there are actual brackets to hold the fridge freezer back from the edge of the cabinet. If I cut the brackets (invalidating the warranty) the fridge freezer will fall out of the cabinet along with its door. I will have to bodge a solution. Who designed this thing? Or more accurately; did someone actually design this thing? Unless you only keep pancakes and kippers in your fridge, don't buy this.

Already obsolete, maybe look at something else.

We`re a couple who live alone and take care of our appliances. This Fridge Freezer went faulty after 30 months. Stoves engineers failed to fix it on the first attempt, then informed me that the spare parts weren`t available to fix it at all. If you`re lucky enough to get one that continues working then good luck to you, but I`d not buy another one knowing that parts for repair are already unavailable for this appliance.

    Features not so good

    3/5
Very high shelves especially the door shelves , you can’t put the door pockets down to the bottom of the door , fortunately I’m quite tall but wouldn’t be very good for anyone smaller then 5ft 6ins.

easy to use but storing spare appears lacking

    3/5
this is an easy to use fridge freezer but what you can store in it is a bit disappointing. there is a bottle rack above one of the shelves. this is because a normal 1 litre bottle will not fit in the lower door tray.

    Replacement

Replaced like with like due to sizing. My previous one broke in less than 3 years. Hope for better luck this time.

    disappointingly noisy

    3/5
Have just had this installed, the shelves aren't adjustable, you can remove the silly wine rack and probably move a shelf there, but it doesn't help you much. It is also really noisy in my kitchen, I've measured it on my iphone at 52db with the integrated door closed, nearer 60db with the doors open. many reviews seem to suggest it was quiet, well perhaps I have a dud unit but it doesn't seem that quiet to me. I think that it will work well for me in terms of size, and it has gotten very cold, so I hope to make good use of the space in the freezer which is reasonably roomy. I'm sure there are better ones out there, but not at present and not at this price. I think next time I buy one, I'll be looking more closely at the noise level, not sure what I can do with this now.

Milk shelf a bit high and frèezer a bit on the small side but OK overall. Nothing else better available at time of purchase with sliding hinge.
