Great product. This is the second AEG induction hob we've had, which was also great at a time when induction hobs were fairly new to the market. However, this one is a huge improvement on our previous hob. Since our previous hob was also an AEG induction hob, this one slotted straight in making installation quick and easy. The controls are simple and intuitive and the hob is extremely responsive, which is one of the huge benefits induction hobs provide.

The LED slide is very responsive, and I have complete control. The boost option is very useful. I love the individual timers. No more over cooked potatoes as it switches off when the time is up. The bridge function is fantastic as it can accommodate larger pans by combining and controlling two burners simultaneously. It cools quickly and stays lit until any heat has gone. It is completely black when off and so easy to clean. I recommend flat bottomed stainless steel or cast iron pans as some can be noisy and slower to cook. Very safe to use.

Quick and efficient compared to the halogen one i replaced. Very effective powerful booster and easy to use with 15 power levels, great for cooking dishes that need different temperatures. Child safety lock is useful for inquisitive children who love pressing buttons. The only disadvantage I have is that ive had to buy some new pans as only 2 of my original pans I used on my halogen hob worked. If a magnet sticks to the underside of the pan its compatible so worth considering before buying new ones.

Love this hob, how quick it is at heating up and controllable, and the safety of it once you have removed the pan. Easy to clean too!

The Hob is so smart and stylish packed with features like “bridge” then enable cooking on a hob I’ve never been able to do before. The speed in which the areas heat is exceptional and the most important thing is the indication that after cooking the light indicators remain visible until it’s cool. It’s super simple to clean and very reactive to the touch buttons on it. What a great edition to my kitchen.
