Good quality and reasonable price.

Delivery as planned with text beforehand. Considerate delivery staff. Machine has simple and easy to use buttons etc, though would have liked the raised indicator to be more prominent or coloured. Could be a problem for poor sighted and arthritic fingers! Haven't quite worked out yet how to open door once the cycle has started to add that rogue sock.....

Nice quiet machine and takes up less space than my other washer. but takes around 15 minutes longer to complete wash cycle.

It could do with more capacity but it probably wouldn't fit as well either. It's straightforward to operate and makes minimal noise, it's too early to tell if it deserves 5 stars yet as have only just got it.

The cycles are very long in comparison to other machines that I have owned previously. There is the option of a rapid wash which is 20 mins but I would prefer a 30 min wash option also and not one which takes nearly 3 hours. This wastes energy and water.

The washing machine was purchased to replace a similar machine which had been owned and used regularly for nearly 9 years. There are plenty of options to select for wash programmes and for different materials. For a small kitchen this model has a depth of 42.5 cm which fits neatly under a work surface. The noise level is quite moderate. My previous machine had a digital display which showed the running time of the wash cycle. This model doesn’t have that display which is a slight disadvantage. As regards the detergent dispenser drawer, it is rather awkward to remove and replace. A release lever might be an improvement. However, once you get used to the knack of removal and replacement it does enable the drawer to be cleaned when required. The lack of a digital display and the rather awkward drawer are the only slight disadvantages preventing a 5-star rating.

Good little appliance. Very shallow unit so fits well in an under counter space. Can also fit a door due to it being so shallow so an alternative for an integrated appliance. Good 6kg capacity, and spin very effective. Small gripe would be lack of pre-wash function, limited time delay options (my old one was 30min increments, this is 3hr increments) and limited instructions for short washes but for the price and size a recommended product.
