Only managed to get a couple of uses from my unit before needing a replacement direct from Shark. I wouldn't have minded if it had lasted a few months, but less than 7 days is a micky take and no doubt it'll take longer to get the replacement item. Back to using my trusty old Henry that's not faulted in the 5yrs of ownership

Easy to use good suction but run time far below what it states in advertising

Bit concerned as it does not start automatically you sort of have to give it a push start on carpets - But it has a good weight to it for a cordless which you need for carpets - Wood floors no problem what so ever !! Happy so far !!

Very good at picking up carpets spotless after i hoover the place But the battery life is SHOCKING. HOW can they possibly say it will last 60MIN is nonsense! 20/25mins on the middle speed and roughly 8mins on boost. Sharks customer service is a joke no help what so ever.

Great looking, easy to use and great articulation for cleaning under sofas etc. unfortunately the battery life is very poor ( like most of these vacuum cleaners to be fair) and it actually gets clogged up with dust really easily as the end of the hose where it goes into the suction head is a major choke point. Has to be taken apart and cleaned out regularly.

Is fine, does the job and is quite light

Must be good as it was for my mother in law and we would have heard if it wasn't. Battery lasts allot longer than previous cordless and is lighter and more maneuverable to ideal for carrying up stairs and down.
