Excellent product, this is the 5th cordless vacuum I have in about 20 years and it certainly is the best. Strong suction that cleans deep down in the carpet and is also good on hard floors. Run time is great too, I can clean my whole house on one charge. The only down side is that it is slightly heavier than others I have had but the fact it comes apart for cleaning upholstery or stairs makes up for that. I am very pleased with my purchase

This is a superior hoover so easy to use and stores neatly charges quick and picks up all the pet hairs, my son even hoovers his bedroom without me having to ask him to do it Now thats unheard of I give this 5 Stars and would recommend to anyone who wants a hoover that works on both carpet and hard wood floors Really Excellent product.
