Don't do it!!! I'm a diehard loyal Shark customer but this is a massive failure of a product. I hoover daily yet this cannot handle the barest of floors without losing suction and spitting dirt right back out. I contacted Shark for support and they sent me another head but the same thing happened again. It's like the first roller forms this barrier of dirt and then nothing can get past it. When it's not spitting dirt all over my floor, it gets blockages nonstop to the point where I can't hoover the house in one go without having to completely dismantle all the different parts and fully clean them out multiple times each time I try to hoover. It's like I have to battle this product every sine time I try to use it, it's so disappointing. The only way I can use this vacuum now is with attachments rather than the main roller head. Imagine trying to hoover your whole house with an attachment! The battery power is not the best either, it lasts about 30m. If you read the fine print, you'll see that 60m is in eco mode (which is completely ineffective) with no powered attachments. I absolutely recommend Shark to everyone but this product is flat out terrible.

Good suction on both hard and carpeted surfaces. Easy to use and manoeuvre around furniture. Can just about vacuum the whole house on one charge.

Good for the price. Seems to work well and can get quite a good amount of the house done with one charge. Just hope the standards last. And the suction doesn’t die off over time.

Decent vacuum however 60 minutes run time is nowhere near that if you use boost mode it is more like 20 minutes

This is our second Shark cordless, only gripe with this is that it's fairly noisy!

Really easy to use. It picks up so much better than my previous dyson. I find the top part a little heavy but it's fine. And I have had to cut hair off from the roller once, but then again I have very long hair and it could just be catching up on the terrible job my last vacuum did! Works great over the long piled carpet-I couldn't even push my previous one over it! Floors feel cleaner than ever. Nice and compact.

I bought this item as I have been looking to find a cleaner which is light and easy to hold and manoeuvre whilst cleaning effectively and efficiently I have Rheumatoid Arthritis which adversely affects multiple joints in my hands fingers and wrists in particular resulting in me struggling to hold a range of items … I also frequently drop things at random Additionally I have degenerative disc disease in my lumber spine which is painful and restricts my mobility including leaning or bending forward … pushing and pulling a traditional corded Cleaner is too heavy for me to manage at all now So far this has been a positive purchase … the vacuum folds in half to store making it easy for me to tuck away as no struggling to hang the cleaner up when not in use … the options to change from hard floor to carpeted surfaces and power boost are light and easy to use … with a clear and readily identifiable visual aid to know where I am in the process … a huge bonus for me … separating off the handheld section of the cleaner is easy for me to manage and I am able to hold it to clean with both hands to vacuum furniture and stairs significantly reducing the risk of me dropping it … Each aspect of the cleaner is well thought through and clearly identified so easy to understand and simple to apply in use … the flexibility to vacuum under furniture without having to move it is a huge help as I struggle to move furniture … the cleaner is overall light and manoeuvrable enabling me to maintain my home to a far greater degree than I could with a regular cleaner … in turn supporting my ability to continue to live independently and with dignity The battery life is clearly displayed which I find to be a bonus as I can prioritise where I vacuum and where I can leave til later pending the battery recharge Each aspect of the cleaner is readily dismantled and reassembled facilitating easy day to day maintenance and reducing the risk of downtime including keeping the dust cup clean and fresh together with the filters What I don’t like … the battery only holds for a maximum of one hours’ use before it needs to be recharged … disappointingly there isn’t an option to buy a second battery with the cleaner at the time of purchase …Accessories … the cleaner comes with 3 supporting tools which are useful but limited as it is not possible to complete all cleaning tasks with the included accessories
