I already own a shark pet cordless and a shark lift away. The cordless is starting to struggle a bit possibly needs a new battery after 3yrs but decided to buy new and saw the Stratos. Could not believe how much this picked up after using our previous cleaner. I thought my carpets were reasonably clean. You can hear the motor change when it comes across more messier patches. Easy to empty and change the battery and a longer run time than my previous cordless and slightly heavier. Some have commented that it doesn’t stand on its own but you soon get into the habit of folding the handle down when having a break. Overall I’m very happy with the Stratos and recommend it.

Really lightweight vacuum, time will tell how good this really is and I'm eager to see how well the anti hair wrap feature works. Overall I am happy with the purchase!

Very pleased with my purchase. Seems to work well on all floors and significantly easier than my old upright. Stores away compactly and battery life seems great for my purposes - The odd room or two when required.

Hoovered the carpet with my old vacuum and then repeated with the Shark. I was amazed at how much dirt came up the second time. It is easy to assemble and use. Easy to empty. Lighter than my last cordless and worked well on the stairs. Very happy with my purchase.

I've only used the hoover once as I bought it for my parents but it was great. I already own a Shark hence why I chose a 2nd one. I looked on Which where it was recommended

Good vacuum but battery poor duration with no back up battery

I was a bit wary of buying this as I’d had a bad experience with a similar product (albeit made by Vax), but, I was sick of lugging the Henry I’d hastily bought to replace it around the house and took the plunge. Definitely a good decision. Battery lasts well especially as the vacuum automatically adjust itself depending on how dirty the surface is (meaning that it isn’t on 100% suction all the time unless you want it to be). My floors and carpets look amazing and this thing picked up a huge amount of dust that Henry hadn’t obviously managed to pick up. To add to this, the anti hair wrap claim is actually true! Works a charm. Would definitely recommend and should also comment on the excellent customer service I received from AO when I asked for a price match (the price went down the week after purchase). AO sorted a price match without hassle. Highly recommended
