Replacing my 5 years old 300 model. This one has automatic hard and soft floor suction so there’s no need to press extra buttons. A scent pod goes on the main floor attachment to mitigate nasty pongs. Looks to be a much more sturdy wand, time will tell as the previous one I had to keep together with gaff tape as no stock to replace it!! The battery is a new shape so the old one isn’t compatible. Overall it’s better than my old one.

I was so impressed with this vacuum that within a week of owning it, I bought a second one for my brother as a new home gift. I have 3 young hoys and a puppy and this is hoover makes maintaining my floors super easy. The AI function on it is superb. It’s not too loud. Holds a really good charge. Got it on offer but would have paid full price. Fantastic hoover all round.

Heard lots of different opinions regarding the Shark but I absolutely love it . So easy to use. Even my son likes hoovering since purchasing this

So far, so good! Nice that it is all cardboard packaging. The hoover functions well. Love all the attachments, turning it from an upright to a small handheld hoover. Easy to empty or change between attachemnts. Would be a bit difficult for anyone used to a lightweight G-tech style hoover, as the setup of the shark stratos means that it is quite top heavy, so slightly heavier to push around. It folds in half to stand upright on its own. Could do with more instructions in the box, the charging port was not super obvious and I had to google where to get the serial number for registering the warranty - if I remember correctly it's under the battery.

Only had the new Shark a few days. Works really well and like that you can just remove the top part of the handle to use the attachments. So simple!

Very effective suction and the folding for standing storage and going under low furniture is genius. No hair wrapping is a godsend in our house!
