Run time is great with 2 batteries and is good for both hand held and push along - bit tricky on stairs as need to lift machine up with you.

Light and easy to use. Enough battery time to do the whole house.

This hoover is fantastic we have the most hairy white dog who moults all the time carpet looked white even hoovering with my old hoover but one hoover over with this Shark clean carpet and no dog smell emitting from the hoover would buy against fantastic and not to heavy for a pensioner to use.

I’ve recently switched from a Dyson V11, and I’m pleased with the new Shark. The noise is reduced, battery life isn’t bad and the suction is good. My only niggle, and it’s not really a huge one at that, is that it’s not as mobile on the floor in comparison to the previous hoover. It’s not a deal breaker though! Added bonus the odour capsule that you can pop into the hoover head, very good!

Works well. The only thing I don't like is that it won't stand up unsupported
