We normally buy Dyson but opted for this one as it was cordless with long battery time. This vacuum clear did not dissappoint us in its performance in removing pet hair. On the Bix it promises 120 minutes of power but in reality, a continuous use would give 90 minutes with 2 batteries. Overall satisfied with its performance and value for money

Ordered as my previous shark stopped working just after 2 years. Didn't realise it had 5 year guarantee. Anyway, new vacuum arrived next day. It's great and improved on previous. Slightly lighter .. clean IQ is a plus. Lastly ..I called about the previous vacuum and had the connecting pole replaced immediately, no hassle, very simple and now have a upstairs/back-up vacuum. So I know that Shark will definitely honour the 5 year guard on both .

My old more expensive brand of cordless vacuum cleaner stopped working and I was in two minds what to get to replace it. Based on recommendations definitely my work colleagues I went for Shark and I am so glad I did. I love it. It is super quiet, cleans really well, the emptying of the dust compartment is really easy and with double battery you get double cleaning time. The attachments are easy to use and work very well. Absolutely happy with my purchase.

Good on hardwood floors as well as carpet. The clean sense works well, picking up dust that is not visible to the naked eye. The battery doesn’t last as long as advertised and the unit is quite heavy. Changing tools is also a bit fiddly, but overall very pleased.

Great hoover that picks up really well and no more hair's clogging up in the brush head. Like that it has 2 batteries even though one battery lasts long enough to do a 4 bed house. Would highly recommend

Really pleased with my new Shark. It has good suction and the 2 batteries give plenty of power for our 4 bed house. Happy with my purchase.

Hands down the best hoover we have owned. We always used the biggest competitor brand to Shark and corded so we were a little worried after reading some reviews but this worry soon vanished. 1 battery does an entire 3 bed house clean using the clean IQ setting. It really does suck up well and the light proves well needed to allow you to properly see in corners etc. The tool bag with all the accessories is a bonus and has every encounter covered for. We would highly recommend! P.s great for dog hair... and human hair
