Good so far still trying it out -much more substantial than the old cooker which we have given up on after only 3 years. The top oven is good and hot and I gather it was easy to fit by the professional. Everything so far just works properly which is all we wanted. I know these under counter ovens might be a bit smaller but we don’t have room for an eye level one. Having a good top oven will certainly help. Your service was great thank you

A good oven, has taken a little while to get used to because of the different cooking options I am still trying to work out. The instructions could be more helpful.

Great oven, cooks perfectly, looks expensive. Highly recommend.

Works well. First cake baked to perfection. Grill works well. Controls are easy to handle and slot into place (previous oven wa very imprecise). Only criticism so far ios that the control settings could be brighter colours (not so easy to see for oldies!). Timer signal could be louder.

So far so good! The capacity is smaller than our last model, which had the same overall oven dimensions, but that aside, all seems good. The grill is quicker than our previous Neff and it also looks good. Happy with the purchase so far. The oven door glass exploded on our 8 year old previous model though, so we're somewhat nervous about this occurring!

Seems fine, it’s a cooker! It warms up quick, looks nice. I would say it’s a little pricey for the features but happy with purchase.

Couple of points. 1. It doesn’t come with a grill tray just an empty grill pan, which isn’t much use for grilling. 2. The main oven is very small, because its measurements were same as our old NEFF I wrongly presumed the ovens would be the same. We just fit the turkey in at Christmas by taking everything out the oven. Check before you buy is my advice.
