We give this 1 star because the hob is ok, but if you want to use an oven do not buy this cooker. We bought one at the end of Nov '22 because our fitted kitchen imposed limitations meaning that we had replace 'like for like' but it certainly has proved not to be alike. Our Christmas turkey took 2 hours longer than planned at a higher gas mark and the cooker has proved to be completely inadequate since. We have had AO's engineer out three times: on the first visit he fitted a part to improve heat circulation but the cooker continues to be two gas marks lower than it should be plus it fails to maintain the temperature. The engineer has blamed many things such as our baking trays being too deep and too close to the oven sides, improved efficiency requiring lower gas flow, and us trying to cook too much at once. He thought there was nothing wrong with the cooker though. We have been advised that we have a good case for a full refund, not that AO have offered one, but that would leave us without any form of cooking. Now plan to refurbish the whole kitchen, but we certainly will not be getting anything from AO. Look out for us offering a secondhand cooker for sale, though now the ignition doesn't work

Eye level grill won’t light, oven won’t get to the right temperature , light inside turned on once only thing to work was the Hobbs. Have to wait for beko to fix it because of the 1 year guarantee

the oven thermostat is useless. had the enngineer out 3 times. Ended up with replacement cooker which was broken, another replacemen arrieved only to have a part missing.Finally had another replacement. Guess what the thermostat is no better than the first one. As soon as I can afford one I shall have great satisfaction in taking it to the local tip and finding another cooker which will not be a BEKO. Irene

Product is average, service was terrible,delivery was cancelled, rebooked but then installation was cancelled,once arrived there were parts missing,live chat and faqs did not help and phone line often had 20minute waiting times, in the end the service improved and the company gave a small reimbursement fee. Will not buy another product from them again.

Awful. I shall not buy a Beko product again. The grill ignition never worked and I used a lighter instead. Within four months the door of the oven would not close properly. AO online were excellent in resolving the issue and I shall always purchase from their site, but a Beko oven, never again.

AO’s staff were lovely taking the order, delivering the product but the cooker was was faulty and I was so disappointed that I have to wait 2 weeks to get the cooker door corrected!

The pan supports don't support small pan the gaps are far too big they fall in the gap spilling the contents . Ok to use for family size pans but for someone on there own not good like myself Also twice delivered chipped .

AVOID AT ALL COST.Oven temp is not calibrated correctly.I have bought oven thermometer & find every setting is 20 to 30 degrees below what it should be.I have never known anything like it Rejected item and awaiting ao contact.DO NOT BUY
