Service from AO greatcas always. However the actuall fan itself is very loud, even on the lowest speed setting. Considering options to send it back.

Easy to fit and use great suction and lights, looks very smart above my range and not too noisy

This is our second cooker hood that we have purchased as the first one did not have adequate extraction rate. We are using it in a recirculation mode and it is great, very efficient and it looks great!

What a well built bit of kit! You get what you pay for with this item. Would recommend on only using 150mm ducting as the fan motor is very powerful and reducing the ducting size does make it noisy. Very easy to install and use.

Buttons stuck on the fan as poorly made so stainless steel cut so hole for buttons not big enough. Asked AO to send me another one but refused and said would send someone to repair who never showed up. Last time i buy a black friday deal from AO
